EVE’S INDIVIDUAL LESSON SCHEDULE

SUMMER SESSION: Mon. June 10, 2024 – Fri. Aug. 2, 2024

POLICY FOR MAKEUP LESSONS:  LESSONS MISSED FOR CONFLICTS NOT COVERED IN THE POLICY WILL BE FORFEITED.

I have devoted a spot in the schedule to you and I devote a lot of time (group lessons and concerts) that isn't tallied in your bill.  It is extremely difficult to rearrange a full schedule.  I will make-up lessons under the conditions listed below. 

Please do not ask for exceptions; such discussions put a strain on our relationship. 

MY MAKEUP POLICY IS MORE FLEXIBLE DURING THE SUMMER. 

1) WITH ONE WEEK'S NOTICE, I'll reschedule for any reason. 

2) DO NOT COME TO IN-PERSON LESSONS WITH ANY HINT OF ILLNESS.  If you are able, we can have a remote lesson. If you’re too sick to function, I’ll make it up IF, AND ONLY IF, YOU CALL ME (not email) BEFORE 1:00 on the lesson day.

3) TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES:  If things go wrong with our connection (other than your battery running out) during your lesson or there is a power outage, we’ll reschedule.

4) TEACHER ABSENCE:  I will make up any lessons I cancel.

5) GROUP LESSONS will not be made up.
