EVE’S TEACHING CONFLICTS FOR FALL SEMESTER:

FALL SEMESTER: Mon. Aug. 24, 2026—Fri. Jan. 15, 2027(19 weeks)

DAYS AND TIMES THAT I CAN’T TEACH.  PLEASE MARK THE DATES THAT AFFECT YOU ON YOUR CALENDAR.

—Please find below the day of the week of your regular lesson and see if your lesson time is affected on any of the dates listed.  PLEASE MARK THOSE DATES ON YOUR CALENDAR.

—Please refer to the makeup policy, http://www.evehubbard.com/policies.php, to see if you should schedule a makeup lesson for any lessons you cancel. 

—Please plan to schedule any make up lessons before the end of the semester.

—I will be teaching on teacher workdays.  No makeups.  You may arrange to switch lessons with someone if you wish.

—“SPECIAL WEEKS” are listed below for your convenience. 

SPECIAL WEEKS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR BILL.  LESSONS ARE SUSPENDED THOSE WEEKS IN FAVOR OF OTHER ACTIVITIES.  IF YOU MISS THE SPECIAL EVENT, WE DON'T MAKE IT UP.

—Holidays are also listed below for your convenience but they are not included in your bill. They require no makeup.

—I will plan to makeup most of the lessons missed due to my conflicts, unless otherwise noted below. I will prepare a list of possible makeup times soon.

—If additional conflicts arise for me, we will make them up.  I will notify you by email and post it on my website.
