STUDENTS SHOULD PITCH IN, TOO!!!

1. SETUP at 6:00:

              At dress rehearsal--Move furniture in sanctuary.

              At concert--

                  Check performance space.

                  Set up tables for party

                  Organize serving table

                  Monitor serving table

 

2. CLEANUP AFTER CONCERT:

              Any able-bodied person who can stay until we’ve 

              --wiped & put away tables,           

              --cleaned the room &

              --reset the sanctuary.

 

3. DRINKS & ICE: (Bring this instead of food)

               We need 2 coolers with 2 bags of ice in each of them.

               3 families to bring 3 large drinks, 9 bottles total (water included).

 

4. PAPER GOODS AND UTENSILS:  (Bring this instead of food)

               Small plates, 6 oz. cups & napkins for 120.
