GROUP SCHEDULE
SUMMER 2022
—Summer lessons are Mon. June 6 through Fri. Aug. 5.
—A new summer master schedule will come by email and on my website around June 3.
—Bills will be ready by June 13.
A list of your individual lesson dates and times will be on your bill.
Make-up lessons: Summer is more flexible than the school year.
--Makeups will be given for any reason if at least a week’s notice is given.
--PLEASE DON’T COME TO MY STUDIO IF YOU FEEL SICK IN ANY WAY.
If you have a cold (or worse,) but feel well enough to play, we’ll have a lesson on Zoom.
Please telephone to let me know that we’ll be on Zoom.
--Makeups will be given for severe illness if I am notified

WHAT:
Two informal events, playing music as listed, below.
FIRST EVENT:
WHERE –
Outdoors in Sunset Hills Park, near Berkley Place and E. Greenway Dr. S. In the picnic space beyond the playground. There are no toilets there so…
WHEN –
Mon. Aug. 18
Gather at 6:00, to be playing by 6:30.
BRING –
Lawn chairs for non-violinists.
Bug-spray?
Clips to hold music still, against any breeze.
(Wooden clothesline clips work great!)
All violin equipment.
Music stand, if you’re reading music.
Music, prepared as explained below.
DRESS –
Whatever keeps you cool.
Mask optional. We’ll spread out.
SECOND EVENT:

White top, dark bottoms. Nice shorts and sandals are OK.

CONCERT ORDER
If you’re reading music, please:
1. Print the music you’re playing on this list.
If you’re playing a piece from memory, write the title on a piece of paper and put the paper in the piece’s place in the concert order.
2. Punch holes in the music.
a. Please don’t use plastic sleeves.
b. Please organize multiple-page pieces in book format.
3. Put it, in this order, in 3-ring binder that will lie flat on your music stand.
