ORDER, PAY FOR & PICKUP PIZZA
Would someone be willing to pay for the pizza and then be reimbursed that evening?
And take care of ordering and picking up the pizza?

SUPPER IN THE ATRIUM
COST:
$2.00 cash per person to be paid at the supper.
FOOD CONTRIBUTION:
If your last name begins with a letter between “A” and “K”, bring a desert.
If your last name begins with a letter between “L” and “Z”, bring a side-dish.
SIGNUP WITH EVE FOR ADDITIONAL TASKS:

1. SETUP:
Tables & Chairs
Organize serving table
Serve pizza and monitor serving table
2. CLEANUP:
Any able-bodied person who can stay until we’ve wiped tables, put away all tables and
chairs and cleaned the room.
3. DRINKS & ICE:
We need 2 coolers with 2 bags of ice in each of them.
4 families to bring 4 large drinks (water included).
4. PAPER GOODS AND UTENSILS
We have a lot in storage.
I need someone to check the inventory (during group lesson tonight?)
and then purchase what we still need.
